  3. Shortlist & interviews

    You see a short list of candidates worth your time, not a stack of resumes. We coordinate interviews and feedback.

  4. Placement & follow-through

    Temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire — we handle the paperwork and stay in touch after the start date to make sure the match sticks.

What does it cost?

No rate sheets to decode — three simple models. Exact rates depend on the role, volume, and market; a 15-minute kick-off call gets you a firm quote.

Contract / temporary

You pay an hourly bill rate that covers the employee's pay, payroll taxes and insurance, and our service margin. The worker is on our payroll — you pay only for hours worked, with no long-term commitment.

Temp-to-hire

Evaluate a candidate on the job under the contract model first, then convert them to your payroll — a low-risk way to be sure before you commit.

Direct hire

A one-time placement fee based on the role's first-year salary, due only when we successfully fill the position.
